How can I purchase Les Muses BM jewellery?

There are several ways you can purchase our jewellery:

• Through our online shop

• At the Barbier-Mueller Museum in Geneva

• By letting us know at hello@lesmusesbm.com which piece(s) you want to purchase and paying via bank transfer (see details below)

How do I pay?

You can purchase our jewellery in our online store via PayPal or with your credit card (via Stripe).  Our physical retailers accept credit cards and cash. For bank transfers, here are our account details: 

How is your jewellery made?

All our jewellery pieces are meticulously crafted by artisans from around the world, using noble materials. For more information, see our Artists and Partners section.

Shipping

Order processing typically takes 2 business days. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped that day or the following day, or within 48 hours on weekends. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. We ship domestically using the Swiss Post. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available to the following countries: Austria, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States. We ship internationally with the Swiss Post. All brokerage fees are included, however Les Muses BM is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods - these are payable by recipient upon delivery. We ship the items fully insured and listed at full retail value. Depending on the country of destination, shipping takes 2 to 8 business days, not including any customs delays.

Returns

Jewellery pieces purchased online are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 7 days of order delivery. The jewellery must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. If you want to return your order, please contact us at hello@lesmusesbm.com within 7 days of delivery.

Repair

The Les Muses BM jewellery is designed to last a lifetime. However, gold and silver are soft metals that can easily become dented or scratched. We recommend being extra careful with your jewellery and keeping it in a safe place when not in use.

Items are eligible for repair with reasonable wear and tear for up to 6 months. Reasonable wear and tear will be determined by Les Muses BM.

If an item purchased from Muses BM incurs damage, please contact us. We will review the damage and contact you with an estimate for the repair from our jeweller.
