How can I purchase one of your creations?
You can purchase our jewelry in several ways: through our online store, at our partner retail locations, or by emailing us (hello@lesmusesbm.com) to let us know which pieces you are interested in and making payment via bank transfer (see details below).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, TWINT, and American Express), PayPal, bank transfer, and e-gift cards. For payments by bank transfer, shipment will be made after receipt of funds.
How is jewelry made?
All Muses BM creations are handmade by skilled artisans using carefully selected materials. Each piece of jewelry is produced in limited series or as a one-of-a-kind item. To learn more about our approach, please visit our Partner Artists page.
What materials do you use?
The jewelry is mainly made of silver, silver gilded with fine gold, or precious metals, depending on the collection and piece. The materials are chosen for their quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
Is the jewelry guaranteed?
Yes, our jewelry comes with a six-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.
How to care for jewelry?
To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and cosmetics. It is also advisable to remove jewelry before sleeping or participating in sports activities, and to store it in its case when not being worn.
Do you offer a repair service?
Yes, a repair service is available for jewelry showing normal wear and tear for up to six months after purchase. For all requests, please contact us at hello@lesmusesbm.com.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped via Swiss Post. Delivery times are generally two to three business days for Switzerland and two to eight business days for international destinations, depending on the destination. These times may vary during busy periods.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when placing an order based on the destination country. Any taxes or customs duties remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I return or exchange a piece of jewelry?
You have fourteen days after receiving your order to return, exchange, or request a refund for a piece of jewelry, provided that it is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Les Muses BM delivers its creations in Switzerland and France. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country.
Can I give jewelry as a gift?
Yes, it is possible to send a piece of jewelry directly to the person of your choice, in its box. An e-gift card option is also available.
